Job Summary Seeking a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centered experiences for a mission-critical enterprise operations platform. Ideal candidates are passionate about simplifying complex workflows and solving challenging design problems in a collaborative environment. Mandatory Skill-set Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Must have 2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital product design; Must have strong ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces; Solid visual design skills with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools; Good understanding of UX principles across web and mobile platforms; User-centered, research-driven approach to design and problem-solving; Detail-oriented with experience in design systems and scalable UI design; Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills. Desired Skill-set Experience with motion design and micro-interactions; Experience designing enterprise/operations platforms or complex workflows. Responsibilities Design intuitive UI/UX for enterprise web applications and internal tools; Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions; Create wireframes, prototypes, and innovative design concepts; Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience; Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality design implementation; Analyse user feedback and usage data to enhance platform usability; Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team collaboration.
