Company Overview KS DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. Job Summary Lead comprehensive HR functions excluding payroll to drive organizational effectiveness. Manage recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training needs, and HRIS projects while supporting strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and execute the full spectrum of HR activities excluding payroll to support organizational goals Manage and drive the HRIS project to enhance HR system efficiency and data management Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational consistency Oversee the entire recruitment cycle to attract and hire qualified talent aligned with company needs Facilitate the performance management process to improve employee productivity and development Monitor employee relations issues, promote effective communication, and strengthen workplace relationships Assess and identify employee training needs to support continuous learning and development Execute other HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned to support HR department objectives Report directly to the Group Chief HR Officer, providing updates and insights on HR initiatives Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles Proficiency in MS Office applications to support HR operations Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act to ensure legal compliance
