Hiring Position AI Software Developer Roles & Responsibilities Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support machine learning and AI model training Design and develop AI models and APIs, integrating them seamlessly into both application software and embedded hardware systems Design and build AI-driven systems components that seamlessly integrate research models into robust, scalable business solutions Review codes developed by team members, driving continuous improvement of AI models through algorithm refinement, code optimization, and stakeholder feedback Follow and improve feature development cycles, software architecture patterns, coding standards, and DevOps/MLOps best practices across the engineering team Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent professional qualifications is required Min. 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience in designing, developing and deploying machine learning in real-world applications Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, or notebook-based development is beneficial Experience with transformer-based models, LLMs, and prompt engineering Domain knowledge of the game industry from game development to actual game operation Strong programming skills in Python, Java and C++ with experience in GPU-accelerated computing using CUDA and TensorRT Experience in application software development across multiple platforms including Windows, Linux, mobile operating systems (iOS, Android), and embedded systems Passion for AI, experimentation, building things, and delivering quality work The above details has been composed to provide an overview of the general requirements, nature and level of the work performed by this position.
