Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 operational support for on-premises and cloud core infrastructure while serving as the local IT presence for a small office and executive users. Maintain system reliability, security, and patching across a multi-national 24/7 operational environment including remote sites and vessels.
Requires five or more years of IT infrastructure experience and a degree or diploma in Information Technology. Must possess strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, and have a valid passport for international travel.
