Planner

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Handle progress tracking of project(s) by monitoring task completion and identifying delays. Assist in project scheduling and allocation of manpower or equipment. Coordinate and follow up with project teams on deliverables and deadlines. Prepare status updates, dashboards, or progress reports. Handle project costing and bill-cost reconciliation. Maintaining project records, logs, and supporting information such as training records. To receive and to act on work instructions given by the supervisor. Provide general administrative support. Job Requirements: Candidates without prior experience are welcome; training will be provided. Prior experience in the engineering sector will be an advantage. Possess a minimum diploma qualification in any engineering discipline. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
