Public Relation Officer Cum Claims Assistant

WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary commensurate with experience Stable employment in a reputable and growing civil engineering group Exposure to QS and claims processes in a real-world construction environment Supportive team and structured on-the-job learning Job Description: • Assist the QS Department in preparing and compiling claims for construction roadworks — including traffic diversion, road markings, milling & patching, and signage installation • Verify site locations (typically 15–20 locations) and ensure all information is accurate and up to date • Update and maintain the claim tracking Excel file using verified site data • Perform data entry, organise documentation, and support timely claim submissions • Coordinate with site teams to confirm quantities, completed works, and supporting documents such as photos and reports • Ensure all claim documents comply with company standards and project requirements • Provide general administrative and QS support as required Requirement: • Proficient in Microsoft Excel — data entry, formulas, sorting and filtering • Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent qualification • Familiarity with construction or roadwork activities is an advantage • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation • Able to work independently and meet deadlines • Good communication and coordination skills
