Sales Associate (Full-Time Or Part-Time)

Job description: Identify customer’s needs and providing professional products suggestions to achieve sales targets. Act as a brand ambassador, deliver outstanding customer service and build relationship with customers. Continuously improve customer satisfaction with the brand and maintain an excellent shopping environment to ensure the customer experience. Attending and assisting in events and marketing activations Good team player who will participate in ensuring maintaining daily housekeeping of the sales floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment Requirements: · Full-time Minimum 5 years relevant experience in retail and/or customer-related service (min. 3 years for part-time) · Prior working experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory · Strive to understand brand and product knowledge · Customer service oriented, motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills · Sales driven with energetic personality · Available to work retail hours and flexible shifts · Able to work on weekends and public holidays (off days on rotation basis). · Able to multi-task and work independently · Immediate availability would be preferred
