Legal Executive - Finance & Projects

Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow is looking for a Legal Executive to join our Finance& Projects Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience gained in an international law firm, with experience in banking and finance transactions, including project finance, trade finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and refinancing matters. Experience supporting cross-border transactions and working with multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions will be an advantage. We are looking for individuals who combine an impressive academic track record with strong technical skills. Personal qualities are equally important to us, so we are keen on candidates who take initiative, are committed to excellence, and strong problem-solving abilities.
