Company Overview Winning International Group is a global marine and resource company headquartered in Singapore, offering ship management, logistics, alumina production, and international trade services through branches in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Guinea, and beyond. www.winninggroup.com.sg Job Summary Provide comprehensive legal support for the Group’s global corporate and commercial operations, managing contracts, advising on risks, supporting dispute resolution, and enhancing legal processes across diverse international projects. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with governmental and business counterparties for mining, infrastructure, shipping, logistics, energy, and investment projects Advise internal stakeholders on legal, commercial, and regulatory risks related to the Group’s operations and projects Develop and support dispute prevention strategies, coordinate pre-dispute activities, and assist in litigation and arbitration management Coordinate and liaise with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions to ensure effective legal representation Support the implementation and continuous improvement of legal templates, policies, and processes to enhance compliance and efficiency Perform additional legal and compliance duties as required to support the Group’s business objectives Required competencies and certifications Degree in Law 1 to 3 years of experience in private practice with a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal experience in a multinational company Proven experience handling commercial contracts and corporate legal matters Proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to support communication with internal and external stakeholders Willingness to travel internationally as required Preferred competencies and qualifications Exposure to international projects and transactions to enhance legal advisory capabilities Proficiency in French language is advantageous but not essential
