GENERAL DESCRIPTION The regional business lead for Digital Delivery Asia will drive the targeted evolution and adoption of digital platforms within the global Digital Delivery structure by servicing as critical bridge between global ARTs, regional stakeholders and end-users to delivery impactful, user centric solutions. The role operates within a global ART delivery model and acts as the primary point of regional accountability aligning global technology roadmaps and local business needs while taking on responsibility for selected global initiatives out of Asia. This position reports directly to the Global Head of Delivery. Delivery teams continue to operate within their respective global structures; the Head Digital Delivery Asia provides regional oversight and coordination, visibility, and escalation leadership within a regional (dotted line) organisational setup. KEY FEATURES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Regional Coordination & Oversight Serve as the regional point of contact for delivery activities across the region, ensuring continuous engagement with regional business owners, prioritizing and sequencing demand pipeline, identifying local dependencies and preparing trade-off decisions. Represent Digital Delivery in regional leadership forums and ensure respective priorities are effectively represented in the global ART planning and execution. Ensure transparent and consistent status updates around progress of relevant change initiatives for the region. Enable Regional Change Delivery Identify and resolve local obstacles impeding delivery teams. Champion continuous improvement by surfacing patterns and systemic issuesacross the delivery portfolio. Enable effective delivery of transformational projects by ensuring earlyinvolvement and engagement across critical functions. Regional Ambassador of Change Serve as advocate for digital transformation in the region. Foster user centric mindset within Digital Delivery Asia including but not limited to ensuring proximity to users and state of the art feedback loop management. Keep oversight and ensure alignment on regional (transformation) change management activities in the region. Leadership of Cross-Cutting Initiatives Take ownership of selected key initiatives within the global strategic platform change portfolio, particularly but not limited to those affecting our Asian user base. Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Personal and Social Change leadership: Ability to influence without authority and inspire action across organisational boundaries. Stakeholder engagement: Skilled communicator adept at tailoring messages to operational teams, users, managerial, and executive audiences. Analytical thinking: Capable of synthesising feedback and performance data into actionable recommendations. Client-centric mindset: Deep commitment to enhancing experiences for both external clients and internal partners. Resilience& adaptability: Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments characterised by evolving requirements and ambiguity. Professional and Technical Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in wealth management, preferably with direct involvement in digital transformation, process optimisation, or operating model transformation. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organisation. In-depth knowledge of private banking/advice processes and relevant (future) technologies. Strong familiarity with agile methodologies (especially SAFe), software development lifecycles, and enterprise architecture principles. University degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field. Advanced certification (e.g., PMP, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma) preferred. Serve as advocate for digital transformation in the region.
