Sales Coordinator

Primarily prepares and follows up on any sales quotations Liaises between other departments and the client with regard to information from customers Follow-up on daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales reports are generated timely and accurately Maintain good relationships and rapport with customers Ad-hoc assignments as and when required Process sales order & update SAP system & ensure effective flow of information from customers to relevant department Update & trace weekly schedule sharing data Provide monthly customer order summary to all relevant department Update liability report on a monthly basis Expedite customer on settlement of EOL products liability Attend ECN, new project and quality meeting Follow-up with customers on outstanding payment issues REQUIREMENTS: Diploma in Business Studies / Marketing/ Mechanical / Engineering field or equivalent 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment Fluent in English Organized and possesses strong communication and presentation skills Familiar with order processing, SAP system and Proficient in Microsoft Office
