Project Delivery & Business Process Analyst (Azure DevOps & SAP Signavio) 1-Year Contract (Renewable) Financial Services Industry Location: Central About the Role We are seeking a Project Delivery & Business Process Analyst to support a large-scale business transformation programme. This role combines project delivery support with business process modelling, working closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure project activities are tracked effectively while documenting and improving business processes. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Support Manage and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) work items, ensuring data quality and adherence to project standards. Develop dashboards, reports, and reusable queries to provide delivery visibility. Support project planning, tracking, governance reporting, and delivery coordination. Assist the Delivery Manager with reporting and ad hoc project activities. Business Process Analysis & Modelling Gather business requirements and process information from stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams. Develop and maintain business process models using SAP Signavio in accordance with BPMN 2.0 standards. Validate workflows, approvals, decision points, exceptions, and process handoffs with business owners. Support process improvement initiatives by analysing current and future-state business processes. Produce high-quality process documentation and analysis deliverables. Data Analysis & Reporting Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI. Analyse project and operational data to identify trends and inconsistencies. Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentation materials for stakeholders. Requirements Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio for business process modelling (Mandatory). Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards and process mapping methodologies. Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including work item management, dashboards, and queries. Experience using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process analysis skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working on enterprise transformation, digital transformation, or large-scale project delivery is highly preferred.
