Risk & Compliance Executive

A leading multinational organisation is seeking a Risk & Compliance Executive to join its team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for supporting the organisation's risk, compliance, and governance framework across the business. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will help implement and enhance compliance programmes, advise on regulatory and governance matters, and support the ongoing development of a robust risk management framework. The role will also involve coordinating enterprise risk management activities, facilitating risk assessments, monitoring mitigation actions, and promoting a strong culture of compliance and integrity across the organisation. In addition, you will play a key role in driving quality and process excellence initiatives, including the development and maintenance of a Quality Management System (QMS), process documentation, internal audits, and continuous improvement programmes. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally while influencing governance, operational excellence, and organisational resilience. The ideal candidate should have experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or corporate governance, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Exposure to enterprise risk management frameworks, compliance programmes, internal controls, or quality management systems would be highly regarded.
