Key Responsibilities Leasing Strategy & Commercial Growth Develop and execute the overall leasing strategy to maximise revenue, occupancy, and long-term commercial value. Align leasing initiatives with broader destination objectives to increase footfall, customer conversion, and visitor dwell time. Drive sustainable P&L growth through strategic tenant planning, commercial optimisation, and value creation initiatives. Evaluate market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitive developments to shape future leasing opportunities. Luxury Retail & Tenant Mix Optimisation Curate a differentiated tenant mix with a strong emphasis on luxury retail, premium lifestyle brands, and experiential concepts. Identify, attract, and negotiate with leading international and regional luxury brands to strengthen the destination's market positioning. Develop long-term partnerships with tenants to deliver mutual commercial success and enhance customer engagement. Continuously review tenant performance and implement optimisation strategies that maximise productivity and profitability. Destination Experience & Commercial Activation Lead integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal activations, and destination events that increase awareness, visitation, and commercial performance. Collaborate with tenants to execute innovative promotional initiatives and experiential programmes that enhance customer engagement. Optimise space utilisation, circulation flow, signage, and wayfinding to improve the overall shopping journey and guest experience. Drive cross-functional initiatives that integrate leasing, marketing, operations, and customer experience into a seamless destination strategy. Stakeholder & Leadership Management Partner closely with senior leadership, asset management, marketing, operations, and finance teams to execute strategic business initiatives. Build strong relationships with luxury retail partners, developers, landlords, and external stakeholders. Lead commercial negotiations and influence key stakeholders to achieve favourable commercial outcomes. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and commercial excellence across the organisation. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Retail Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline. An MBA will be advantageous. Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury retail, commercial leasing, integrated resorts, premium shopping destinations, mixed-use developments, or asset management. Proven track record in developing and executing successful leasing strategies with full commercial and P&L accountability. Deep understanding of luxury retail dynamics, tenant mix optimisation, consumer trends, and destination marketing. Demonstrated experience working with international luxury brands and negotiating complex commercial agreements. Strong commercial acumen with expertise in revenue optimisation, retail analytics, and business performance management. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives and key business partners. Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset and the ability to balance long-term vision with operational excellence. Passion for creating differentiated customer experiences through innovative retail and destination strategies.
