Investment Banking Analyst

Permanent headcount, based in Singapore Preferred sectors: Power, Utilities, Infra, Natural Resources, Oil & Gas Candidates must already have relevant full-time 1-3 years of M&A / Investment Banking experience Responsibilities would include: Support the origination and execution of cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions, capital raising and other financial transactions Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution across M&A, debt, capital markets, public and private debt Coverage: Southeast Asia Support the preparation of presentation materials and marketing materials for use in client meetings Conduct due diligence and assess sellers and target business's plans, growth prospects and financial performance Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and targets Research and analysis of markets and industries, companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank, internal and external stakeholders Profile of ideal candidate: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1-3 years of relevant experience in Investment banking / IBD/ Corporate Finance / M&A (Preferably someone who has some full-time experience already) Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge Data collected is strictly used for recruitment purposes only and will be treated with strictest confidence.
