Sales Supervisor

Job Summary Lead a small sales team to achieve targets by coaching members, driving event performance, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining compliance. Responsibilities Set team sales targets, allocate tasks, and track progress in collaboration with the Sales Manager Demonstrate effective sales techniques during events to coach and motivate team members Verify order accuracy and promptly resolve customer enquiries or escalate issues Organize team briefings to share best practices and uphold outlet standards Prepare and analyze weekly sales reports using Excel to provide actionable insights to management Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new sales staff Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field 1–2 years frontline sales experience with at least 6 months in a lead or supervisory role Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills applied in sales contexts Ability to work on-site and attend events as required Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales activities Other Information Location: Singapore – Islandwide Salary: SGD 3,000 – 5,900 monthly + Team Incentive + Commission Employment Type: Full-Time
