Sales Manager

Job Summary Define sales strategy, build high-performing teams, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance team performance and meet KPIs Set clear performance indicators and conduct regular performance reviews for sales personnel Negotiate long-term agreements with key partners, dealers, and corporate clients to secure business growth Analyze sales data, competitor activities, and pricing trends to refine and optimize sales strategies Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with business objectives Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent Minimum 3 years of B2C/B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role Experience in home improvement, lifestyle, or financial services sectors Proficiency with CRM systems and advanced Excel reporting Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing and product positioning
