Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible to: · Leading mechanical services (HVAC) design for building projects · Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity · Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing · Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants · In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting · Communicate effectively with the client, sub-consultants, contractors, and other parties relevant to the job · Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the clients · Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance Key Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably recognised by Singapore PEB At least 5 years experiences in …
