We’re Hiring: Content Creator & Strategist Someone hungry, resourceful, and ready to grow. You’ll be the loudspeaker of Bellow , creating content that shows off the work we do, the people behind it, and the not-so-serious side of running a creative agency. One week you might be cutting a TikTok of our behind-the-scenes chaos. The next, helping write a LinkedIn thought piece with our CEO. Another week, capturing those little team moments that remind the world why we’re better with Bellow. What You’ll Do 🎥 Create short-form video content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) ✍️ Write captions, articles, and thought snippets that build our brand voice 📸 Capture and post behind-the-scenes moments from client shoots and agency life 💡 Repurpose client work into case studies, social posts, and PR stories 📊 Track performance, test new formats, and keep levelling up our online presence 🤝 Work directly with the CEO to bring ideas to life What We’re Looking For A creator at heart (you’re comfortable filming, editing, and writing content) Social-media fluent (you get TikTok/IG/LinkedIn culture, trends, and hooks) A self-starter (you don’t wait for permission, you try, fail, and learn quickly) Hungry to grow (this is a stepping-stone role, but you’ll gain real exposure and ownership) Basic experience in content, marketing, or creative (or strong fresh grad with portfolio) Why Join Bellow Get real creative freedom — experiment, test, break things, try again Work with a tight, family-style team that loves what we do Learn directly under the founder/CEO (fast approvals, faster growth) Be part of an agency that’s already working with big brands, but still hungry to hustle
