About this role

Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin & Accounts Assistant to support our daily administrative and accounting operations. The role is suitable for someone organized, proactive, and able to handle documentation, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping. Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders Handle filing, document organization, and record keeping Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments Assist with email correspondence and general office administration Support tender submissions and project documentation when required Accounts Duties Issue invoices and monitor receivables Record expenses and maintain accounting records Reconcile bank transactions and supplier payments Prepare payment vouchers and track cash flow Assist in monthly accounts closing Liaise with external accountant/bookkeeper for submissions Requirements Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email Experience with accounting software is an advantage Good organizational and communication skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines Prior admin/accounts experience preferred Able to communicate in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) Working Hours Flexible (e.g. 2–4 days per week / 4–6 hours per day) Salary Hourly / Monthly (to be discussed based on experience) Preferred Experience in procurement, trading, or supply chain industry Experience in dealing with China suppliers is an advantage
