Contract duration: 12 months (agency contract) Working hours: Mon - Fri (Office hours) Nearest MRT: Buona Vista About the Role We are looking for a Temp Executive to support a government social service agency's Service Delivery Team in programme management, stakeholder coordination, and administrative work for community programmes. What You Will Do Support data collection and tracking for programme monitoring and evaluation Prepare briefs, summaries, and presentation materials for internal updates Support focus groups, interviews, and surveys where needed Coordinate grant approval workflows and maintain system updates Support onboarding of new service models and programme expansion pilots Draft tender specifications using templates Schedule and coordinate team meetings Who We Are Looking For Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Public Policy, Business Admin or related fields Fresh graduates and students awaiting university admission are welcome to apply Comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets) and basic analysis Able to prepare slides, summaries, and reports clearly Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet timelines Prior internship or work experience in social sector, community services, research, or project coordination is a plus Good interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement Interested candidates, please click “Apply Now”.
