Nearest MRT: Punggol MRT Station Contract Duration: 12-month contract (agency contract) Salary: Up to $10k per month Working Hours: Office hours About the Role We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager to strengthen collaboration, connection, and engagement across the division. This role focuses on building a strong sense of community, facilitating meaningful interactions, and enhancing knowledge sharing through engagement initiatives, events, and digital collaboration tools. Key Responsibilities Community Building & Engagement Nurture and grow the community by fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose across the division. Serve as the key point of contact for community members to connect, collaborate, and share ideas. Gather insights on community needs and ground sentiment through regular check-ins, surveys, and informal conversations, and provide feedback to leadership. Develop initiatives that encourage cross-team collaboration, mutual support, and a positive community culture. Events & Programmes Plan and organise community events, forums, and engagement programmes to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across the division. Coordinate executive-level forums and leadership engagement sessions to strengthen alignment and connection. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and impactful delivery of events. Gather feedback after events and recommend improvements to enhance future community experiences. Community Knowledge Management (AI-Enabled) Manage and curate the community knowledge base to ensure information remains current, well-organised, and easily accessible. Work with AI tools to review, refine, and quality-check AI-generated summaries, meeting minutes, and knowledge content before publication. Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to improve content coverage and usability. Drive continuous improvements to enhance knowledge sharing, navigation, and discoverability. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, event coordination, stakeholder engagement, or related roles. Strong passion and ability in building relationships, connecting people, and fostering collaboration. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with Singapore Government context or public sector work is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Experience with AI-enabled tools or collaboration platforms is an advantage.
