Assistant Manager (Communications | 12-Mth Contract | Salary Up To $6K)

If you enjoy creating engaging content, managing social media, and driving digital communications, this role offers the opportunity to shape public-facing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. 📍 Nearest MRT: Labrador Park (Central) 🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Hybrid work arrangement is subject to PSD’s guidelines) 💰 Salary: Up to $6K per month 📅 Duration: 12-month contract (Maternity cover) Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital content strategies across social media platforms and the corporate website Create and review digital content, including social media posts, website articles, EDMs, newsletters, and other communications materials Plan and coordinate digital campaigns with creative and media agencies from concept through execution Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to strengthen audience engagement Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver effective and timely digital communications Support other digital communications initiatives and projects as required Key Requirements: Minimum a degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience At least 3 years of experience in digital communications, content development, social media management, or related fields Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for digital platforms Good understanding of social media trends, digital communications, and content best practices Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop is an advantage Experience communicating public policy or national initiatives to diverse audiences is an advantage Apply now!
