Admin Executive [Education & Exam Operations | Up to $5,000 per month] Job Details Employment Type: 12-Month Contract Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm Nearest MRT: Kent Ridge MRT Station Salary Range: $3,200 – $5,000/month (commensurate with experience and interview performance) We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Admin Executive to support the coordination and delivery of academic programmes, courses, and related operations. This role will involve managing administrative processes, coordinating events and assessments, supporting learners, and ensuring smooth day-to-day programme activities. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with different stakeholders, is comfortable managing multiple tasks, and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely administrative support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, courses, and events, including venue arrangements, transport, catering, and other operational requirements Support programme administration, including reviewing applications, maintaining records, and processing related documentation Manage course-related systems and assist with scheduling, appointments, and programme activities Coordinate assessment and examination arrangements, including preparation of materials, stakeholder communication, and operational support Assist with budgeting, finance documentation, and payment processing matters Facilitate workshops, lectures, and training sessions conducted onsite or virtually Provide support during examinations and events, including invigilation, ushering, and onsite coordination Handle enquiries and provide general administrative support for programme operations Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements / Preferred Qualifications Degree holder in any discipline Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative, programme coordination, or operations support experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Familiar with online collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams is preferred Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as within a team Comfortable supporting occasional weekend or after-office-hour activities, with time-off provided accordingly Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist with moving equipment or furniture when required By submitting your resume or personal data, you consent to BGC Group Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data to our clients and partners for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for job opportunities and related recruitment services.
