Job Summary A Sales Manager leads and develops a sales team to exceed revenue targets by creating strategic sales plans, analyzing KPIs, coaching team members, managing client relationships, and reporting to senior leadership to drive business growth. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets and performance goals Develop and implement strategic sales plans based on market analysis and business objectives Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve team performance Coach, mentor, and inspire team members to enhance their sales skills and productivity Manage client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention Set sales quotas and monitor team progress to ensure targets are met Prepare and present sales reports to senior leadership to support decision-making and growth initiatives Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools to track sales activities and outcomes Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in managing, mentoring, and inspiring a sales team Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Competence with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools
