BENEFITS: • Fast Track Career Program • Great Career Opportunity • 5 Day Work Week (Including Sat, Sun & PH) • Attractive Salary Package • $2,000 Sign on Bonus • Sales Incentive • Birthday Leave • Medical with Dental Benefit • Meal Provided • Staff Discount RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provides production direction to team member concisely • Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in food preparation and customer delivery to increase speed of service • Works quickly with Team Member to resolve customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner • Coaches Team Member to effectively implement marketing/sales strategies • Assists with developing and implementing strategies to identify/hire/promote/orientate effective team member talent • Sets challenging goals for self and team member, provides timely performance feedback and ensures accountability • Manage checklists and cash reporting; identifies cash shortages and overages during shift • Identify new ways to enhance restaurant profit and loss with inventory and labor management • Supervises team members to do what it takes to maintain store and equipment cleanliness and sanitation standards • Motivates and educates team members to comply with loss control procedures and to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and other team members REQUIREMENTS: • Relevant experience in F&B or qualification in F&B, Retail, Hospitality or Culinary • Passion for the F&B and service industry • Positive attitude and a team player • Only Singaporean may apply
