Planning & Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities: Develop MPS & MRP for assigned product lines; balance customer demand, forecast and production capacity. Proactively identify material shortages, resolve supply bottlenecks and implement risk mitigation plans. Monitor raw material, WIP and finished goods inventory; conduct root cause analysis for excess inventory & stockout issues to improve inventory health. Manage inbound supplier shipments and outbound customer logistics, coordinate freight forwarders and 3PLs; ensure full compliance with Singapore customs, import & export trade requirements. Track core supply chain KPIs (OTD, inventory turnover, schedule adherence, logistics cost); build data reports/dashboards to identify operational gaps. Liaise with production, procurement, sales and overseas teams to align supply plans and resolve fulfillment escalations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or relevant disciplines. Planning & logistics experience within hardware/electronics manufacturing. Solid hands-on experience with ERP system (SAP S/4HANA preferred), proficient in advanced Excel. knowledge of Lean/APICS is advantageous. Strong data analysis, cross-stakeholder communication and problem-solving capabilities.
