Facade Lead

Core responsibilities Coordinate detailing of façade and RC structure/M&E and other associated trades Review project specifications, seek technical clarification and review construction drawings Review drawings and identify technical issues prior to site installation Responsible for Façade panel production and Installation are as per schedule Prepare daily record & weekly report of Façade production and installation Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of Façade installation and provide timely updates Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies, and other problems Ensure compliance to all governmental and building regulations Make sure contractors and suppliers are very clear on the project needs, requirements, and schedule Manage site works, materials and equipment effectively and efficiently Investigate unsatisfactory productivity / performance and initiate measures to improve Require to work hand in hand with Façade RTO & QP’s representative Responsible for all inspection activities and clearing of defects/non-conformances timely Responsible to ensure compliances and quality is achievable for CONQUAS assessment Monitor and supervise Façade installation to ensure compliance of work Monitor and supervise the installation of Façade panel follows as per approved MSRA & SWP and comply to safety rules and regulations. Job specifications Degree in Civil / Building Engineering or other building-related disciplines 3-5 years' experience in Façade design and installation
