Job Summary You will ensure all food meets high-quality standards and is served promptly while leading kitchen operations, including menu planning, staff coordination, and safety enforcement. Responsibilities Ensure all dishes meet the highest quality standards and are served on time to enhance customer satisfaction Plan menus and design plating presentations to create appealing and consistent dishes Coordinate kitchen staff activities and provide assistance to maintain smooth kitchen operations Hire and train kitchen staff to prepare and cook all menu items according to established recipes and standards Conduct stocktaking to manage inventory levels and reduce waste effectively Enforce best practices for kitchen safety to maintain a safe working environment Develop new recipes to introduce fresh and innovative dishes to the menu
