Job Summary Join Bruno’s Restaurant to help deliver authentic Italian and French-inspired dishes, maintaining high food quality and customer satisfaction across our three Singapore outlets. Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Italian and French-inspired dishes following established recipes to ensure consistent food quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas to meet hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to manage daily kitchen operations efficiently and support smooth service Assist in trying out and refining new dishes to enhance the menu and customer experience Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate needs to management to ensure timely replenishment Uphold food safety and sanitation practices to provide a safe dining experience for customers
