Job Summary Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive business growth through strategic planning, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic restaurant environment. Responsibilities Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets through regular performance evaluations and motivational coaching Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence Track and analyze sales metrics, maintain CRM data accuracy, and deliver reliable sales forecasts to senior management Build and sustain strong client relationships by resolving complex customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, lead generation, and pricing strategies for cohesive market approach Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record as a top-performing sales representative or manager with 3–5 years of relevant experience Demonstrated consultative selling and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
