Key Requirements 8–15 years of experience in supply chain operations (planning, logistics, procurement, warehousing, or regional operations) Proven record of driving operational improvements or transformation initiatives Strong stakeholder management across functions and customer-facing environments Hands-on experience with digital tools and practical application of AI in daily work Operational & Gemba Mindset Deep understanding of real operations through site observation Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies on the ground Translate operational insights into system- and process-level improvements AI & Digital Application Mindset Strong interest and passion for applying AI in real operational contexts Practical use of AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools Ability to redesign workflows through automation and decision support Business–AI Bridge (50/50 Capability) Operate effectively across both supply chain and AI/digital domains Translate business problems into structured workflows or AI use cases Use AI as a core tool to deliver measurable outcomes
