Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of network and server infrastructure. Manage data backup, disaster recovery, patching, and cybersecurity initiatives. Serve as the ISO Management Representative and Personal Data Protection Officer. Lead and support the IT team, providing guidance and training where required. Monitor IT operations, manage budgets, and oversee risk and vulnerability management. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Manager or similar leadership role and experiencing leading 3-5 IT support executives Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, hardware, and cybersecurity. Experience in system troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Familiarity with ISO standards and data protection practices is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Flexible to support business needs outside regular working hours when required.
