To discover more about our brand values, visit Burberryplc.com Key Responsibilities: Responsible for stock requests and rebalancing; regularly monitor and adjust stock assortment and replenishment to drive sales Run weekly and monthly sales and stock reports Define actions for product launches through allocation and buying Weekly communication with SEAO and APAC teams on business needs, stock management, and sales strategies Biweekly or monthly communication with the Central Merchandising team Conduct seasonal competitor studies and provide product suggestions to the central team Travel for market visits focused on SEA; attend buying trips in London (2–4 times per year) Develop the strategic plan for the product category and influence cross-functional teams to deliver on the strategy Build relationships with cross-functional peers across Marketing, Retail, Client Engagement, Visual Merchandising, Training, and Planning Conduct competitive and pricing analysis; prepare reports using Excel for the Merchandising team Coordinate and support all administrative duties related to market training for the Merchandising team Provide ad hoc administrative and assistant support to ensure smooth team operations Support the Training team during retail staff training sessions Support the Merchandising team in the planning and execution of events Personal Profile: Passion for commerce and product Demonstrates strong commercial instinct Strong analytical skills Advanced Excel skills; proficient in systems such as SAP and Board Burberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience.
