Logistics Admin (West) Up to $2800 Working location: Gul Circle Working hours: Mon to Fri – 8.30am to 5.30pm Sat – 8.30am to 12.30pm Job Scope • Prepare shipping and warehouse documentation. • Process delivery orders, invoices and inventory records. • Coordinate with warehouse, transport and customers on deliveries. • Update inventory and shipment status in the system. • Handle data entry and filing of documents. • Attend to email and phone enquiries. • Support daily administrative and operational activities. Requirement • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent. • Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook). • Good communication and organisational skills. • Experience in logistics or warehouse administration is an advantage.
