Senior Communications & Marketing Executive (Jalan Besar)

Job Scope: 1. Communications Planning Develop and implement integrated communications plans across mainstream media, social media, digital platforms, and marketing channels, ensuring alignment with strategic communications 2. Social Media & Digital Manage the social media presence across platforms (e.gTikTok, Telegram), including content sourcing, creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring, to grow the digital reach and community engagement. 3. Editorial & Publications Produce and manage editorial content, eg Annual Report, by working with appointed vendors and internal stakeholders to develop compelling, on-brand content that keeps residents and stakeholders informed of client programmes. 4. Branding & Marketing Implement branding and marketing initiatives including the production of marketing collateral, in-house videos, infographics, and photography, while ensuring consistency with client's brand guidelines and exploring amplification opportunities. 5. Media Management Support media management efforts by drafting media advisories, press releases, talking points, and spokesperson briefing materials, and by monitoring media coverage to identify issues and recommend timely responses. 6. Common-based Programmes Administer Common-based Programmes by consolidating progress reports, coordinating to verify invoices against approved budgets, and supporting event logistics including attendance and registration management 7. Budget & Governance Support procurement and budget tracking for communications-related goods and services, ensuring compliance with government procurement procedures and prudent utilisation of resources.
