About this role

Job Scope: Programme Administration Conduct programme evaluations through site visits and assessments, contributing to quality assurance and programme enhancement. Contribute to the development of best practices in programme administration. Perform secretariat duties, including but not limited to note-taking, compilation of presentation decks, and scheduling of meetings and site visits. International Relations: Coordinate across internal divisions on programme planning and implementation, consolidating updates for organisation-wide reporting. Monitor and track programme milestones, proactively flagging risks, delays, or interdependencies to ensure timely delivery. Draft and refine briefs, talking points, and official correspondence for senior management in support of regional and international engagements. Coordinate meetings and engagements with internal and external stakeholders, including regional counterparts and government agencies. Provide on-the-ground logistical support for regional engagement events, meetings, and official delegations. Maintain and organise a centralised repository of programme documents, ensuring information is accessible and up to date for key decision-makers. Requirements: A degree in any discipline. Background in Arts Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields will have an advantage. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and generate meaningful insights. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of data visualisation tools is an advantage. Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives independently. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups. Keen interest in heritage, arts, culture, or community engagement initiatives. Demonstrated leadership experience through CCAs, internships, or previous work experience. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose and implement process improvements. Willing to work weekday evenings and weekends if required for programme visits. Contract Duration: 1 Year Working Arrangement: Mondays to Fridays (Office hours) - TBC Salary : $3,400 to $3,700 per month Location : Bugis EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
