Temp Staff, Financial Reporting @ Novena

Job Scope: Assist in Companies Act Application and XBRL business rule exemptions • Assist in Companies Act (CA) Application and XBRL business rule exemptions • Assist in processing CA applications • Support CA compliance check and present findings to FRSD officer • Assist in the applications for business rule exemptions for their filing of XBRL financial statements. The temp staff will seek FRSD officer's concurrence on all approvals or rejections of the applications. Requirements: Diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field. Basic knowledge of accounting or regulatory compliance is an advantage. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Able to review documents and follow procedures. Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel). Good communication and organizational skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to learn and follow instructions.
