Account Executive (Full Set)

Account Executive Up to $3,200 • AWS • Medical and dental benefits • Working location: Paya Lebar area • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Scope • Managed full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliations, payment scheduling, and cash flow monitoring. • Prepared financial reports, fixed asset depreciation schedules, GST submissions, commission statements, and daily sales reports for Management. • Coordinated with auditors, banks, and government authorities on audits, GST, financial compliance, and accounting matters. • Managed inventory stock takes, asset disposals, petty cash, bank deposits, credit card reconciliations, and e-commerce payment processing. • Maintained accurate accounting records, prepared management reports, ensured proper documentation, and supported ad-hoc finance and administrative duties assigned by Management.
