Location : Thomson Road Job Title: Temporary Human Resources Executive (TRPP) Contract Period: 27 July 2026 to 26 July 2027 Monthly Salary: S$4,800 Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Off Lunch Break: 1 hour Job Responsibilities: Payroll Operations • Assist in running day-to-day payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll. • Verify payroll inputs, perform reconciliation checks and follow up on approvals in accordance with established timelines and internal controls. • Identify and flag discrepancies for resolution before payroll is finalised. Staff Claims and Benefits Administration • Process staff bills, claims and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring submissions are complete and comply with prevailing policies. • Liaise with staff to clarify or rectify incomplete or incorrect submissions where required. Leave Management • Support leave management operations, including verifying leave balances. • Respond to staff queries on leave entitlements and leave balances. • Ensure leave data is accurately maintained in the HR system. • Assist in reconciling leave records where discrepancies arise. Variable Pay and Allowance Computation • Assist in computing the Annual Variable Component (AVC)and Non-Pensionable Annual Allowance (NPAA). • Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs and timely disbursement. • Cross-check eligibility, verify computation outputs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful payout. Process Documentation and Audit Readiness • Document and maintain end-to-end operational records, ensuring files are organised, updated and audit-ready. • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where processes have changed. • Support the team during internal and external audit exercises. Performance Management Support • Provide operational support for performance management cycles. Data Management and Reporting • Assist in maintaining HR data integrity across systems. • Support HR reporting and related administrative duties. • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: • Degree qualification. • At least 12 years of relevant working experience. • Experience in payroll operations, leave administration, claims processing or HR operations will be an advantage. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. • Good organisational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
