Parts Manager (Aftersales)

About the Role BYD by 1826 is seeking an experienced Parts Manager, Aftersales who will be responsible for spare parts inventory, supply chain, and warehouse operations , ensuring seamless support to workshop activities at our first full-scale 4S flagship automotive facility in Singapore. BYD by 1826 has sold over 5,000 BYD vehicles to date and is expecting a continued growth of 5,000 BYD car sales/year ahead, this role will oversee and scale the entire aftersales function, including workshop operations, spare parts, warranty, PDI, and body & paint. Current openings for our 4S flagship automotive facility include: General Manager, Aftersales Parts Manager, Aftersales Workshop Manager Service Manager Technician Lead Key Responsibilities Manage parts inventory planning, ordering, and stock control Ensure high parts availability and efficient inventory turnover Maintain optimal stock levels for servicing and repair needs Coordinate closely with workshop and warranty teams Oversee parts warehouse operations and reporting Requirements Minimum 5+ years in automotive parts management Experience in dealership or distributor environment Strong inventory planning and analytical skills Why Join Us Critical role in supporting high-volume aftersales operations Opportunity to build parts strategy from the ground up
