This role focuses on delivering strategic executive search solutions through market intelligence, talent mapping, and confidential engagement of senior professionals. Key Responsibilities Partner with clients to define executive hiring strategies. Conduct market mapping and identify top-tier leadership talent. Engage and assess passive executive candidates. Present high-quality shortlists with market insights and recommendations. Manage the full executive search process from briefing to placement. Advise clients on talent trends, compensation, and hiring strategies. Build long-term relationships with executives and business leaders. Ensure professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality throughout every search. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience in executive search, headhunting, or senior-level recruitment. Strong research, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence senior executives with professionalism and commercial acumen. Experience in a retained search or recruitment consultancy is an advantage.
