Senior Human Capital Coordinator

This role executes and administers comprehensive HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and document management, while ensuring data integrity and compliance for the APAC region. The coordinator also supports HR Business Partners, manages government/immigration tasks in Singapore, and assists with payroll and benefits administration. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within financial or professional services. Essential requirements include high attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, discretion with confidential information, and strong organizational and project management skills.
