Senior Human Capital Coordinator

This role involves executing and administering comprehensive HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and document management, while ensuring data integrity and compliance for the APAC region. The coordinator will also provide direct support to employees and managers on HR queries, assist with HRIS transactions, and support government/immigration matters in Singapore. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within financial or professional services. Essential requirements include high proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
