Business & Systems Analyst

Role Overview We are a growing SME in the automotive financing sector, currently building new digital systems to improve our financing operations, dealer management, customer onboarding and internal workflows. As part of this, we are strengthening how we track our data and produce management reporting. We are looking for a hands-on junior team member to support these digital and reporting initiatives. Working closely with and under the direction of the General Manager, the role helps document workflows, build dashboards and reports, test new systems, and support staff in using them day to day. This is a learning and execution role. You will not be expected to lead vendor relationships or sign off on requirements on your own — those sit with the General Manager. Instead, you will do the hands-on work that turns plans into working systems and clear reports, and grow into greater ownership over time. Reporting To This role reports directly to the General Manager, who sets priorities, approves requirements, and holds the relationships with external technology partners. The role works alongside the operations, finance and sales teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Process & Workflow Support • Help document the company’s current financing, dealer, customer and administrative workflows. • Note where there is duplicated work, manual effort or room for automation, and raise these to the GM. • Draw clear workflow diagrams of existing and proposed processes. 2. Reporting & Dashboards • Build and maintain dashboards and reports under the GM’s direction, covering areas such as the loan book, disbursement, credit quality and collections. • Help keep reporting consistent so everyone works from the same numbers. • Check data for errors and inconsistencies, and help clean up records. • Use Excel or Google Sheets, and business intelligence tool such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio. 3.
