Restaurant Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive team performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve business goals through efficient management and compliance with standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to deliver smooth, efficient service and meet business objectives Lead, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house team to enhance team performance and service quality Resolve customer feedback professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction levels Maintain food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations Prepare staff duty rosters and manage manpower planning to optimize workforce allocation Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to develop team capabilities Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to ensure adequate restaurant supplies Manage cash handling, sales reconciliation, and prepare daily operational reports accurately Control labour costs and operating expenses to achieve profitability targets Ensure compliance with company SOPs, Singapore food safety regulations, and workplace safety requirements Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficient restaurant operations Perform additional duties as assigned by Management Requirements Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through team management Customer-focused problem-solving skills applied in fast-paced restaurant environments Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, and cost management We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
