Retail Sales Promoter (Health Supplements)

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Promoter to promote health supplement products and provide excellent customer service at retail outlets, pharmacies, roadshows, and promotional events. Key Responsibilities Promote and demonstrate health supplement products to customers. Explain product features, ingredients, benefits, and recommended usage. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Deliver professional and courteous customer service. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the Sales Team. Maintain product displays and ensure sufficient stock availability. Collect customer feedback and market information for reporting purposes. Support promotional activities, product launches, exhibitions, and roadshows as assigned. Comply with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and operational procedures. Requirements Relevant experience in retail sales, customer service, health supplements, wellness products, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when scheduled. Basic digital literacy for sales reporting and communication purposes.
