Aesthetic Clinic Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced aesthetic clinic at Caring Skin Medical Aesthetics Clinic in Singapore. The Clinic Manager will lead our front desk and operations team, ensure excellent customer service standards, support sales performance, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive overall clinic efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate is highly organised, operationally strong, people-oriented, and experienced in managing clinic or retail service operations within the aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or wellness industry. Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth workflow across the front desk, therapists, doctors, and support teams at Caring Skin Medical Aesthetics Clinic. Ensure efficient appointment scheduling, patient registration, and customer journey management Monitor clinic cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and operational readiness Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and consumables control Ensure proper handling of customer records and confidential information Team Leadership & Management Lead, supervise, and motivate the Caring Skin front desk, consultants, therapists, and clinic support staff. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, manpower planning, and daily deployment Conduct onboarding and training for new employees Monitor staff performance and maintain service excellence standards Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance work culture Customer Service & Patient Experience Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally Build strong customer relationships to encourage retention and repeat business Support the team in delivering personalised patient experiences Sales & Business Performance Drive clinic sales targets, treatment package conversion, and revenue growth Monitor clinic KPIs including sales performance, customer retention, productivity, and operational efficiency Work closely with consultants and therapists to achieve business objectives Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and business development initiatives Compliance & Administration Ensure compliance with Singapore healthcare, PDPA, workplace safety, and company SOP requirements Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and operational records Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders when required Ensure adherence to clinic policies and operational procedures Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in aesthetic clinics, beauty, healthcare, medical, wellness, or luxury retail environment Strong leadership and people management skills Good understanding of customer service and sales operations Experience managing KPIs, clinic performance, and operational reporting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems (E.g Plato) Preferred Qualifications Experience in aesthetic, medical aesthetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinic environment Familiarity with Singapore aesthetic industry practices and customer service standards Knowledge of PDPA and clinic operational compliance in Singapore Key Competencies Leadership & Team Management Customer Service Excellence Sales & Business Acumen Problem Solving & Decision Making Operational Planning & Execution Communication & Interpersonal Skills Attention to Detail Multi-tasking in Fast-paced Environment Compensation & Benefits Monthly income $4,000 – $6,000 (including attractive commission & incentives) AWS (Annual Wage Supplement) Medical, Dental & Wellness benefits Why Join Caring Skin Medical Aesthetics Clinic?
