Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Social)

Job Description: Own performance marketing across key paid channels including Google, Meta, Pinterest, Bing and retargeting partners. Manage and optimise marketing budgets across Castlery's markets to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth. Monitor channel performance, identify opportunities, and implement initiatives to improve key business metrics and ROI. Analyse campaign and market data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams including Creative, Brand, Campaigns, Category and Demand Planning to deliver business outcomes. Lead testing and experimentation initiatives across audiences, creatives, landing pages and channel strategies. Build strong relationships with platform partners and stay ahead of industry trends and best practices. Support and mentor junior team members where required. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing or Paid Media. Proven experience managing meaningful budgets and delivering measurable business results. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker Studio. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Curious, proactive and continuously looking for ways to improve performance.
