Process Engineer

Requirements : Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the production plant. Monitor and optimize process performance to achieve production and quality targets. Investigate process abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Provide technical support and guidance to Process Technicians during daily operations. Coordinate with Maintenance, QA, and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations. Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) requirements and company procedures. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a chemical manufacturing or process plant environment. Good knowledge of chemical plant operations and process safety. We are looking for candidates proficient in Mandarin, as the role requires communication with our Chinese counterparts overseas and handling documents, contracts, and regulations that are available only in Mandarin. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
